What else I can say.. My beloved Sifoo is very loving and caring.. She's a true chef. Chef at heart. Another one recipe from her.
The Cappatti
2 cawan tepung atta, 1 cawan tepung gandum, 1/2 sudu teh garam, 1 sudu makan minyak sapi, 1/2 cwn atau lebih sket air suam. campur sume dan uli 5 minit, bulatkan kecil2. sambil tu pasang api letak kuali leper, biar sampai kuali berasap, pastu baru kecikan sket api, canai bulat doh tadi, letak atas kuali, jgn sapu minyak. balik2kan 2 3 kali saja sambil tekan2. Doh akan mengelembung. angkat dan serve dgn kuah dal..hmmm...
For the Kuah Cicah
bila time free, kakpau selalu rebus kacang dal + tulang2 ayam , sikit rempah babas, tomato, karot sampai jadi liquid. tambah garam & perasa. Pastu pek kecik2 simpan freezer..bila terbangun lewat pepagi, kakpau keluarkan dam masuk microwave, ready jadi kuah utk capati segera...
