Potato, Mushroom & Tomato Fritata

As-salam & Hi world..

No bread for breakfast!! Oucchhh. And my kids got up very early today. Went to mosque for Subuh prayer. Then reciting Quran. And later they're attending their tuition classes. Oh My! Oh My! But I have potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs and some milk. Browse for quick breakfast and decided on making Fritata. Sounds yummy and filling.

Okay what's Fritata. A frittata is the Italian version of an omelet, but is doesn't require sophisticated or tricky maneuvers. Even if you can't make a pretty omelet, you can make a great frittata. The frittata is made "open-face" style and isn't folded over. It's part of what makes Italian comfort food fantastic. It is healthy, tasty, and simple to make. You can add meat or keep it vegetarian. It can be served for breakfast, lunch, or supper.If you have eggs and cheese almost everything else can be added. 


Ingredients
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • Some Parmesan
  • black pepper,
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cooking oil
  • 1/2 medium size tomato
  • 2 medium size potato (boiled till 3/4 cooked)
  • 3 button mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup milk
Directions
  1. In medium size bowl, mix together eggs, cheese, milk, pepper (to taste), and salt.
  2. Masukkan Tomato,Kentang dan cendawan yg telah dicincang halus. Kacau rata.
  3. Tuangkan minyak pada acuan
  4. Susunkan kentang pada dasar acuan
  5. Tuangkan bancuhan telur tadi
  6. Bakar dalam 10 - 20 minit.
  7. Serve immediately.
